Our first Golden Key Talks session last week was a HUGE success–many thanks to everyone who joined us! The response was so positive that we’re following it up with a second talk, which will take place later this week. The amazing Jacey Poppell will host a talk this Friday November 8th at 1:30pm EST covering everything you ever wanted to know (and more) about the sometimes challenging but ever-so powerful art of public speaking.
In this live webinar, Jacey will share the key steps you need to take to become a confident and commanding public speaker, and all participants will have the chance to ask questions.
Jacey Poppell has been an adjunct instructor in the Nicholson School of Communication and Media at the University of Central Florida for over a decade. She teaches courses in Fundamentals of Oral Communication and Business and Professional Communication to students ranging from Freshmen to Seniors both online and in person.
In addition, Jacey is a non-profit professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations for the University of Central Florida Foundation where she has been part of UCF Advancement for the past eight years. When not teaching or fundraising for her alma mater, you can find Jacey cheering on her beloved Knights at nearly any sporting event.
