This month’s featured service project highlights the SPARK a Change projects at the US Regional Summits. The project consisted of members being given scenarios that have happened to chapters while they are planning SPARK events. For example “Your chapter is planning and event with a local community partner, the partner backs out three weeks before the event, what do you do now?” Members came together to solve these issues and their work will be put into a document and listed on the chapter toolkit to help chapters solve issues that arise. The second part of the project was to write cards to the children who will be attending the Golden Key Kiddos Camp this summer. The goal was to have enough cards so every child could have a card sent home with them every day after camp.
