UW-Eau Claire Ships Most Books in World

by GOLDEN KEY INNOVATION TEAM

Golden Key International Honour Society, founded on 29 November 1977, is an academic honor society which recognizes and encourages scholastic achievement and excellence among college and university students from all academic disciplines.

The UW-Eau Claire chapter of Golden Key and its University Bookstore shipped the most books in the world in this year’s Better World Books textbook drive.  Chapter service/book drive chair, Audrey Mohr, will travel to Uganda and South Africa this summer as a representative with Better World Books and Books for Africa.  Proceeds from this collaborative effort with Better World Books allows the UW-Eau Claire chapter to award cash prizes to classroom winners of its annual district-wide fourth grade essay contest!
